Service-  We service all brands of equipment. We also work on water-air units!  We charge a flat rate, so you know how much your Service Call and Labor will cost before we come to your house.

Installation- We upgrade equipment in older homes and install in homes under construction.  Show us your blueprints, and we can give you a quote. Our technicians have been trained by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America in Residential Load Calculation.  You can trust us to install the correct size unit in your home to give you the best efficiency and the most comfort.  We prefer to install RUUDtm  central units for their quality, quiet operation, and energy efficiency. Financing:  You can finance your new equipment for as little as 12 months or as long as 84 months.  You can also take advantage of 90 days same as cash, or 6 months same as cash!

Planned Maintenance-  We want your equipment to keep you comfortable for as long as possible.  Proper Maintenance is important to extend the life of your A/C and Heat system. Cleaning and Duct Disinfecting- Our basic cleaning includes cleaning your inside and outside unit, checking your freon pressure, and disinfecting your ducts.  If you would like us to perform this service annually, just enroll in our Annual Planned Maintenance Program. Duct Free Heating and Cooling- Do you have 1 room in your house that is too hot or cold? Or a closed in Garage? How about a Florida Room you would like to have Air Conditioned? We sell LG Duct Free "Mini Split" Systems. They are available in straight cool, or heat and cool.
